中国造纸协会

    在我国政治经济体制改革进一步深化，制浆造纸行业面临全面重大调整的形势下，中国造纸协会于1992年在北京成立。它是经国家民政部登记注册，并接受国务院相关部门业务指导的社会团体法人。

    中国造纸协会自成立以来，为推动我国制浆造纸工业的高速发展做了大量有益的工作。

    实践证明，中国造纸协会既是政府与企业之间的桥梁和纽带，又是政府宏观决策的参谋和助手；它既强化了政府对行业的全面管理，又及时向政府反映了企业的需求。在未来的发展中，中国造纸协会的作用将显得越来越重要。

    中国造纸协会的宗旨是：为提高造纸行业的整体素质和经济效益，矢志不渝地为企业提供服务，维护行业的合法权益。

    目前开展以下业务：

  • 实施对行业全面管理，对行业发展中的问题进行研究，向政府部门提出有关行业政策和立法方面的意见和建议。
  • 制定行规行约，规范行业行为；沟通行业内部、企业之间和地区之间的联系；并协助政府协调价格争议，保护市场公正促进企业公平竞争。
  • 参与制定行业发展规划，并对重大技术引进、投资和开发项目进行前期论证。
  • 进行行业的信息收集，统计分析，为生产经营，市场建设和投资决策提供社会化的咨询服务。
  • 参与制定、修订有关行业标准；对行业产品实行质量监督；并参与环境保护管理体系的认证。
  • 出版刊物、汇编行业资料，发布相关信息；开展国内外技术交流，培训和考察活动；组织行业展览会及全国订货会等。

    中国造纸协会会员单位来自国内不同归属部门和不同地区的企事业单位，以及部分境外著名大公司组成。协会秘书处和四个分会、八个专业委员会为常设机构，由秘书处综合处理协会日常工作。

    中国造纸协会目前主办和联合主办三种专业期刊，《中华纸业》、《造纸信息》、《纸业商情》。目前这三种出版物是中国造纸界影响最为广泛的导向性杂志。

    中国造纸协会的会风是：团结、协作、求实、创新。

CHINA PAPER ASSOCIATION

The China Paper Association (CPA) was founded in Beijing in 1992 in response to the deepening political, economic and structural reforms as well as to the fundamental changes of China's paper industry. Officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, CPA is incorporated as a social entity under guidance of relevant departments of the State Council.

CPA has worked and contributed greatly to the rapid growth of China's pulp and paper industry since its establishment.

Performance proves that CPA serves not only as a bridge and link between the government and the industry, but also as a consultant and assistant in the government's national decision-making process, While helping the government's regulation to the industry, it timely conveys requests and feedbacks from the industry to the government. CPA is playing an ever-growing role for the continuous progress of the industry.

The mission of CPA is to work relentlessly in serving and protecting the legal rights of the industry in the process of upgrading the quality and economic performance of the industry.

CPA's main functions include:

  • Administration of the industry with research, study and suggestion to the government on issues related to the progress of the industry.
  • Formulation and implementation of regulation on the industry. Promotion of communication within the industry, between companies and across regions. Assistance to the government in solving price disputes in order to protect and facilitate fair competition in the industry.
  • Taking part in industry development planning and feasibility studies on major technological imports, investment and development projects.
  • Information collection, analysis as part of the consulting service to business management, market formation and investment decisions.
  • Involvement in formulation and revision of industry standards, supervision in product quality and environmental protection certification.
  • Publication of industry report and statistics. Promotion in technical exchanges, personnel training and industry trade shows.

CPA is composed of industry organization in various parts of China and some large offshore based companies. Having the Secretariat taking care of its daily affairs, CPA has a Secretariat, four sub-committees and eight special panels as the operating bodies.

CPA publishes or co-publishes three periodicals:" China Pulp & Paper Industry", "Paper Business Information" and "China Paper Newsletter".

"Be United, Cooperative, Pragmatic & Creative" is adhered by CPA and members.
