China Bicycle Association was founded in
1985, now has 438 members. The main tasks of the
Association are as follows. 1.To carry out the investigation, collection and systematization of the foundation data of the whole sector; study the developing direction of the bicycle industry; offer the proposals of the sectoral programme and economic and technical policies etc to the government departments, participate the related activities ,as well as organize to draft the state and sectoral standards of bicycle ( including parts and components); 2. To carry out the consultative service; 3.To organize and assist the enterprises in training various kinds of professional personnel by various forms; 4. To establish contact with the related organizations in foreign countries; 5. To undertake the tasks entrusted by the related government departments; 6. To carry out the other activities benefit to this sector. Being the sectoral organization nationwide, China Bicycle Association not only supports the excellent bicycles made in China to enter into the world market, but also is willing to help the excellent foreign bicycles to enter into the Chinese market. In the meanwhile , the Association can provide the consultative service for the foreign customers to do business with the enterprises in the Chinese bicycle segment, provides the enterprise both at home and abroad with more commercial chances.
