| Founded on March 21, 1989, China Musical Instrument Association is the trade organization voluntarily formed by the enterprises and institutions engaged in musical instrument production, marketing, scientific research, education and the related enterprises and institutions nationwide.It has legal person position of social organization. China Musical Instrument Association is vocationally under the guidance of China National Council of Light Industry, its tasks are as follows: to standardize the trade operations; to work out the trade plan; to maintain the trade benefit; to develop the trade organization; to carry out the business contact and friendly exchange with the international colleagues and the related organizations. The units applying for the membership are not limited by the subordinating relationship and the ownership with 136 members, the Association has 4 branches of Piano, Chinese musical instrument, electronic organ and piano tuner and 6 specialized committees of westerns wind instrument, violin( guitar) , accordion, mouth organ, organ and brass instrument. "Musical Instrument ", the journal is jointly published by the Association and China National Science & Technology Information Station of Musical Instrument. The internal publication of the Association is "Musical Instrument Newsletter. The current chief director of the Association is Mr. Zhang Chonghe, and deputy chief director is Mr. Li Hongzheng. |
