'99 China Bakery & Confectionery Industry Exhibition China Plastics Processing Industry Association (CPPIA) was approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China. CPPIA is a nationalwide industrial organization with main plastics processing industrial enterprises, institutions, grouped companies, regional societies, scientific research institutes, universities and colleges as voluntary participants. The association is the legal person of a social and economic organization. CPPIA is under the guidance of China National Council of Light Industry on its professional work. The purposes of the CPPIA are as follows: representing and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of its member units; promoting as the link or bridge between the enterprises and the government departments; making overall plans of the industry, implementing industrial policies of the country; taking part in the quality control; coordinating the internal and external relationship; organizing the technical symposiums and survey; strengthening the linkage and cooperation between China and international plastics organizations; carrying on the exhibitions and technical consultations. |
