China Light Industry
Reconnaissance & Designing Association was founded in 1986, has now 51
member units, and mainly consists of the nationwide light industry
reconnaissance and designing units. Comrade Yang Zhihai is the current
chairman of board of directors, Comrade Xiao Nengyi is the
secretary-general.
Under the Association, there is secretariat, which is responsible for the routine duties of the Association, such as the cadre training; laying down unified technical standards regarding design, as well as rules and regulations etc., publishing various internal publications, as well as completing the various tasks assigned by the higher competent authorities. |
| Under the Association,
there are 8 specialized organs, namely: Reconnaissance Working Committee,
Engineering Designing Committee, Designing Quality Working Committee,
Computer Application Committee, Structure Specialized Committee,
Architecture Specialized Committee, Technical Economy Specialized
Committee and Technical Information Specialized Committee. All these
committees handle their business at their various designing institutes,
and are administered by the secretariat of the Association in a unified
way.
Through the above-mentioned various specialized committees, the Association participates and makes various, unified regulations and laws, such as regulation of depth contents of working out preliminary feasibility study, regulation of depth contents of working out feasibility study, regulation of depth contents of working out preliminary design and working drawing, as well as detailed implementing rules and regulations of working-out method of budgetary estimate and economy evaluating method regarding designing work and so on. In addition, the Association organizes to appraise excellent QC groups of light industry, and does various work entrusted by China National Council of Light Industry. | |
