MASSON Limited Company, the former Guangzhou Toothpaste Plant,stands out among the domestic peers as the first joint-stock company owned by state employees after l993's reconstruction. It merged with Guangzhou Mengsi Limited Company and acquired Guangzhou People Household Chemical Plant in 1997. It specials in manufacturing and Processing toothpaste and articles for oral health care, cosmetics, synthetic detergent,essence and perfume. The company also sells articles of daily use, essence and perfume and lets out spaces.

It has a 144-million-yuan registered capital with 520-million-yuan total assets and 240-million-yuan fixed assets. There are 60,000 square meters factory buildings and advanced manufacturing equipment owned by the company. The annual capacity for toothpaste is 420 million pieces, for cosmetic , cream and detergent is 90 million tons. In recent years, the company implements its development strategies, introducing the advanced SAP-R/3 computer management system and stepping into the modern management model which the core is capital operation. It has received ISO9002 registration for toothpaste and cosmetic, and expanded the market share, with sales volume ranking No.3 among domestic competitors, company income taxes and profits ranking No.2.HEIMEI, MASSON toothpaste series and QIRIXIANG cosmetic series sell well all over

the country. The company became one of the 1996's 500 Outstanding Industry Enterprises in terms of general appraisal and was awarded the honor of Guangdong Quality-benefit Type Advanced Enterprise. HEIMEI toothpaste was chosen as the Guangdong and Guangzhou famous brand and the Guangzhou examine-free product.
